Zoe is an Assistant Professor of Assessing Innovation in Healthcare at the University of St. Gallen at the School of Management. Her research focuses on the emotional dynamics of human–technology collaboration in healthcare, aiming to enhance innovation effectiveness and stakeholder well-being. Zoe earned her PhD in Innovation and Strategy from ETH Zurich and completed postdoctoral fellowships at NYU Stern School of Business and the University of Zurich. She has collaborated with institutions such as MIT Sloan, LMU Munich, and NYU Grossman School of Medicine. Her current projects explore AI applications in clinical settings, including sepsis prediction and remote patient monitoring.
